A Palomino horse is the pallet used by this artist. He has posed beautiful models on the sides on the pony. Each model has a cowboy hat tipped low over her eyes.
David DeVary, the artist, purposely posed the models to glorify freedom and self-confidence that many people associate with "the cowgirl." David is considered one of the "New West" artists who use art to convey the myths of the American West.
Blondes was introduced Summer 2006 by Trail of Painted Ponies. It was retired January 2010. The last Blondes figurine manufacturere was #3E/484. That mans 30,484 ponies have been made.
