This trotting horse sculpture has it's tail flying.

The lady astride is in perfect form, her back is straight, arms forward as she holds securely onto the reins. Her feet are in the stirrups and she has a traditional riding hat on. Her hair is tucked neatly into a bun.

The horse stands upright and confident, both hind legs and one front leg on the ground, the other front hoof turned delicately upward. This lady rider shows great skill in aiding the horse to trot proudly alongside a portion of a fence. This ancient looking copper sculpture allows for subtle details, such as the wrinkles in the rider's coat, the bark-like material of the fence, and the texture of the path they ride on. This is a perfect wooden base for us to add a plaque, and the figure would make a great riding trophy.
