Shipping for International Customers

As you check out, you need to select “International” as your shipping option.


UPS
We used to ship all international orders via the U. S. Post Office but we no longer do so. We switched to get better rates, better tracking, better service.  You will receive your package in 2-5 business days based upon your location and the type of shipping you selected. 

We use UPS software to calculate the cost of shipping but it is seldom accurate. It would be wonderful if it were.  We've shipped to at least 50 countries. Most countries charge customs. Some countries have additional taxes. It is your responsibility to pay all of those costs.

Why is your International shipping cost wrong? We can only enter ACTUAL weight when shipping cost is calculated on line. That works fine with Ground shipments – but trucks don’t normally drive on water. International EXPRESS shipments use DIMENSIONAL weight. That means the size of the box is taken into consideration. A 5 pound gift can fit into a box that measures 5” x 5” x 5”. It can also fit into a box that measures 25” x 25” x 25”. Since Express considers the size of the box – the larger box will cost more to ship. Sadly, MOST of our Express shipments cost more than the Shopping Cart calculates. This is a pain for everyone involved. Please monitor your email. You will be told the actual cost to ship.

When we email you, you will be told the cost of duties, VAT, customs, and shipping. Please respond ASAP as to whether you will accept these charges. If you do, we will process your order and you will receive an email with your sales receipt. If you do not accept charges, we will credit you any amount you have paid.

NO INTERNATIONAL ORDER IS PROCESSED UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL ACCEPTING ALL CHARGES.
