Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged or not exactly what you expected, we will do what we can to rectify the situation.
IMPORTANT! Keep all the packing material that was used in your shipment.
We do not accept returns of
personalized or customized items unless we made a major mistake - like a misspelling.
Artist original banks are not returnable. Most personalization is done by hand, not machine, which adds character. If you
special ordered an item, you MUST contact us before returning it. It may not be returnable. If it is returnable, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Special orders for banks are NOT returnable.
If you want to return an item (that is returnable): You simply repack it carefully in its original carton with the packing materials. Please email
returns@banksbanksbanks.com, and include your Order # and the Item # of the product you wish to return.
We will respond with the mailing address for the return and a RAM#. You pay shipping costs/insurance. Include sales receipt and state if you want credit or exchange. Items returned must be able to be resold. We will accept a return 30 days from delivery date. Please be careful when you repack the box. We need to receive the item in the same condition that you received it. If there is no RMA# written on the outside of the box it will be REFUSED. You will not receive credit.
If you receive a damaged item: Please e-mail
returns@wallstreetgifts.com. State: purchaser, order #, item # , description and Fed-ex tracking number on box. If you can email photo, thats wonderful. Was any visible damage to outside of box? What is wrong with item? Replacement? Credit? Wait for instructions. Keep the packing material!
If you receive a defective item: Please e-mail
returns@wallstreetgifts.com. State: purchaser, order #, item # , description. Describe defect.If you can send us a photo, that is even better. Wait for instructions. Keep packing materials.
ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All credits will be done within 30 days.
