The Roman fighter stands confident balanced on his chariot in this sculpture. The Roman is dressed in an ancient Roman traditional outfit, including a detailed a tunic, cape, headpiece and sandals. One arm is stretched out to his side, while the other hand grips a sword and points it into the air. 

This Roman sculpture has four steeds who show great swiftness. The small two-wheeled carriage is adorned with the richly decorated carvings of the wheels, an eagle's head and jewels. The warrior leans with all of his strength back and balances on his back foot as he steers the rearing horses. The horses on this sculpture are radiant and lovely with thick curly flowing manes and tails and silvery coats.
